Ziggy's Place accommodates 4 people included in rent, or 6 people with Airstream for an additional fee of $200 per night UPGRADE. Upgrade can only be added by contacting the property manager. It is the perfect retreat for a small family or a group of friends who enjoy great outdoor spaces with comfort and convenience. A pool, hot tub, full outdoor kitchen, pickleball court and dock are all available for your enjoyment. Ziggy’s Place has 1 bedroom with a King bed, a pullout queen in the living room and 1 full bathroom. An additional bedroom and bathroom may be added with the Airstream UPGRADE. Airstream only available May 14th 2026 - September 8th 2026 Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so no need to worry about extra charges! Ziggy’s Place had a complete remodel in 2024. Sit on the deck and enjoy views of the Cape Fear River, cook a great meal in the new kitchen or fully equipped outdoor kitchen.
