This up to date, spacious 5 BR 3.5 bath home is the 5th house from the ocean in S. Bethany Beach. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, which is the only beach in the area that allows alcohol. There are 5 decks including a roof top deck with a view of the ocean and canal. The home boasts 2450 sq. ft. and fully loaded sleeps 14 comfortably in eight beds (see below). There is covered parking for 4 vehicles as well as additional uncovered parking outdoor showers and charcoal grills. Please bring your towels and these linens: 2 Kings, 3 Queens (including pull out couch), Bunk room with double/full + 2 singles. Blankets/Coverlets and pillows are provided. If you prefer to rent them we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. Pets are considered based on breed, size, age and training. Cats are generally not accepted.
