Large windows let that gorgeous Sunriver light pour into the vaulted main living area where you can set the ambiance with the gas fireplace or settle in to watch the big game. The adjacent kitchen and dining area are generously stocked with everything you will need to host meals. An ensuite bedroom on the main floor has a King bed, TV and patio doors opening to the back deck. The attached bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower. Down the hallway, you will find the large den/bonus room with a big screen TV and a set of bunk beds - great for the kids! The downstairs shared bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. The large, wrap-around back deck is fully enclosed, providing a wonderful feeling of seclusion. Prepare a BBQ lunch on the gas grill, or take a soak in the private hot tub. Head upstairs to find 2 additional bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and TV, a well-lit loft with a reading nook, and a large, shared bathroom.  A second deck on this upper level is a great place to enjoy the peaceful setting with a warm cup of coffee in the morning! 39 Yellow Pine is centrally located within Sunriver.
