When you're ready to explore, you're close to all the best local adventures: only 25 minutes to Salida, 45 minutes to Monarch Mountain for that all-natural Colorado powder, and just minutes from the Gold Medal waters of the Arkansas River. **During winter months it is HIGHLY encouraged that guest have all wheel drive vehicles and/or snow chains.
