Welcome to "Sun Treader"! This three-bedroom, two-bathroom Cypress Beach House in the gated Plantation Community. This home has access to the Plantation amenities including two community pools, fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball court, bike paths, and nature trails. Sun Treader's wooded yard with old hardwood trees and pines gives a sense of privacy and seclusion. This charming home features an open concept living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has comfortable seating with a TV. The dining area has a glass table that seats six`with additional seating for four at the dining bar. The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped with whatever you might need during your stay. The main bedroom is located off the living area. It has a king bed, TV, en-suite bath and direct access to a well-furnished screened-in deck. There are two bedrooms with queen beds. These bedrooms share a bath with a standard shower/tub combo. One queen bedroom is newly furnished and one queen bedroom has direct access to a second screened-in porch. Both bedrooms have TV. The second floor is an additional living area with views of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a queen sleeper sofa, TV, pool table, cozy bean bag chairs and chaise lounges. AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, newly remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, Keurig coffee maker, top level media room with sleeper sofa, beautiful New Ridge Pine luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the living areas, comfortable carpeted bedrooms, large covered porch facing the Gulf of Mexico, with 2 screened-in side porches fully furnished for outside dining or relaxing. Additional amenities include a pool table, Hot Tub, hot/cold outdoor shower, fish cleaning area with running water, park style charcoal grill and 2 under house parking spaces.
