This is a second floor condo in Mexico Beach. This condo complex is equipped with all the amenities to allow a great beach vacation. Complex amenities include a no entry pool, hot tub, an ample amount of pool furniture, elevator and parkside grill. It is a single-floor unit, just right for 6 people. The unit is nicely furnished and has a great view of the gulf, canal and community pool. Enjoy the afternoon breeze or watch the kids swim on the furnished balcony off of the living room. Floor Plan: Well-stocked kitchen with laundry room, dining area, living room with sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, and furnished balcony; Bedroom 1 - the master with a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV and full bath with double vanity; Bedroom 2 with a double bed and TV. NOTE: Trailer parking is not allowed on site.
