Whip up a meal in the stocked kitchen, which includes a drip coffee maker, tea kettle, coffee, tea, sweeteners and creamers, various cooking utensils and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes all the necessary towels and bath products (hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash). WORK: You will be able to sit and work at the large table in the bright and well lit dining room. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.
