Family-friendly gated resort in the Kissimmee area of Orlando! Veranda Palms is located in a fantastic location, easily reached from highway 192 where you will find a vast selection of shops and restaurants. Just 3 miles from Old Town Kissimmee, a great family night out. Just 7 miles from Disney Springs and 6 miles from the Loop Kissimmee, where there are many dining and shopping options along with a Regal movie theatre. If you prefer there is also a cozy lounge on the second floor in case you want additional space to watch a movie, have a coffee, or simply enjoy your time with others! The pool (heating is an optional paid service) and spa are welcoming so you can swim, have a barbecue (propane gas not included), or simply relax outside all day long! Free WiFi is provided throughout the home so you can stay connected! IMPORTANT GUIDELINES: POOL/SPA - The Home has a welcoming Pool & Spa so you can swing or simply relax outside all day long! Heating has an additional cost of $65 USD per Day (service only for the whole stay). ATTENTION: This house doesn't have a hot tub, the water flows into the pool so the temperature from the jets or jacuzzi area is going to be the same. The jets are just air injected by a blower, so the pool will be warm but not hot. Important message: We clean the pool weekly and check the BBQ propane regularly with or without guests in our home. If you want to be notified of the date we will go to do the inspection, please let us know so we can avoid an inconvenience for both parties. POOL TOWELS - Columbia Vacation Homes does provide pool towels so there is no need to bring towels from your home. We really appreciate taking care of them and leaving all of them in the home.
