Villages at Ocean Hill community offers tennis courts, basketball court, sports courts that include shuffleboard, badminton/volleyball, and 4-square, fitness center (fee required), playground, lake/sound side pool, oceanside pool and snack bar, neighborhood beach valet services that include umbrella and beach chair rentals, seven beach accesses - two of which have reserved parking lots (parking passes included). Within easy walking distance of Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Historic Corolla and its shops, and historic Whalehead Club where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets on the Currituck Sound.
