The open layout is ideal for gathering together while having plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their favorite activities! The fully fenced and spacious backyard features outdoor dining, a gas grill, a gas fire pit, and plenty of space for family fun! The master suite is located on one side of the home and features a king bed, a large smart tv, a spacious walk in closet with custom storage, and a spa like en suite bathroom with a walk in shower! The full size washer and dryer are also located in the hallway of the master suite for your convenience! Gather the provided beach chairs, or grab your board, and head to the walk on beach access just a few steps away! Beautiful and wide St. Augustine Beach is popular for surfing, fishing, swimming, and is great for observing wildlife, natural dunes, and the ever-changing landscape created by the tides. After a day at the beach, head home to cook your favorite meals in the beautifully updated and fully stocked kitchen, or head outside to the backyard to grill out! There is plenty of dining space, both inside and outside! The indoor dining table seats 8 and the outdoor tables seat 12! Relax together on the cozy sectional as you enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the large smart tv! Finish the day in the comfort of the private bedrooms!
