This is a great place in the heart of downtown Orlando near a ton of restaurants, night life, the Dr. Philips center, Amway arena and Lake Eola. Publix is across the street. There is a mini refrigerator and coffee maker. The TV has Netflix and amazon prime. The unit is private with separate entrance. Affordable, no-frills stay in an amazing location. Clean, simple, and budget-friendly — perfect if you value location over luxury. Owner lives in another unit on property please be courteous. The house is old so it has a few quirks but you can’t beat the location. This is a small unit inside a home with a private entrance. You have a private bedroom and bathroom. The unit is about 100 square feet. It is ideal for a couple or 1 person for a short stay. There is a mini fridge in the room, and coffee pot. There is plenty of room on the porch to hang out if you need more space and there's great people watching. You may hear outside noise as it’s in the front of the house. Please note this units bedroom Is next to the front door. You will hear people going in and out. Parking is free for one car. Early check in and out is extra. Owner lives on premise please be courteous. You will receive check in instructions on the day of check in. Publix is nearby as well as tons of restaurants, cafes, shops and night life. This place is in the heart of downtown Orlando. Universal studios is about a 20-25 min drive and Disney is about a half hour. Please note you are in a downtown city area please be aware of your surroundings. Lynx limo bus which is free goes to all the main attractions in the area. There's also the sunrail.
