The Shore House is a single family rental home ideal for a large group coming to enjoy the beach. Not only are the quiet shores of St. Joe Beach just across the street, there is also a community pool to take advantage of. Let’s talk about the outdoors because let’s face it, that’s probably why you’re visiting the area. Underneath this 3 bedroom home is an awesome grilling area with fans and plenty of seating for the entire group. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for a quick rinse before entering the home. The ground floor is actually where you enter the home with a full bedroom and bath. Once you’re upstairs, there are two separate sitting areas, one just off of the kitchen with sleeper sofa and then a separate living room. There are two decks on both sides of the house. The gulf side deck offers a great view of the beach and comfortable seating. The back deck provides a view of the community pool. The Shore House sleeps 10 and with separate living areas and amazing outdoor space it can accommodate the whole group comfortably. *This Property Is Not Pet Friendly* *We LOVE Snowbirds!
