When you enter the first floor you are greeted with a crisp, white, fully equipped kitchen with all the major appliances and everything you need to serve your family proudly! The dining room offers seating for 8 people and an additional 4 seats at the bar. Past the stairwell, you have an open living room with plenty of seating (including a queen sleeper sofa) for the whole family to gather together. This room is complete with a large, flat-screen Smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows and movies after a long day on the beach. The rounded shape of this room invites natural light to flood in from the multiple oceanfront windows. Take a step outside and proudly enjoy your own piece of paradise. The spanning deck offers both covered and uncovered areas so you can enjoy the salt air all day long.
