The Lucien S. Moore Mansion was famously saved from ruin and rebuilt by HGTV and has been converted into six apartments. This walk-up unit is located on the second floor of the house. It features exposed brick, new wood floors, high recessed tray ceiling, and street facing bay windows. It was recently completely reworked by a local Detroit designer to honor its long legacy with an emphasis on capturing the excitement of Detroit’s remarkable revival. This nearly 1400 square foot Brush Park condo is unique as it features two queen-sized beds in spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom. It has a subscription-active Peloton for guest use. The kitchen includes a gas stove, a wet bar with wine fridge, updated stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware and utensils you’ll need during your stay. If you are in need of food supply, no worries! Whole Foods is only a 10 min walk away. If a more relaxing visit is in order you will be greeted by 4k smart-tv’s in both the bedroom and the living room. If looking for fun that doesn’t require a plug, playing cards and board games are included! The walk-up apartment (unit #5) is all yours! The unit is on the second floor so it’s important to note there is no elevator.
