The main house features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. One bedroom includes a Queen bed along with a Twin bed and Twin trundle, while the second bedroom offers a Pyramid Bunk Bed with an additional Twin trundle underneath, making it a perfect hangout spot for kids and extra guests alike. A washer and dryer are also conveniently located in the home. Just outside, The Roost offers a private studio-style retreat that works perfectly as a mother-in-law suite or separate space for part of your group. Complete with a Queen sleeping area, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dining space, full bathroom, and washer and dryer, this cozy hideaway gives guests room to spread out while still staying connected. Outside, enjoy the backyard sitting area, outdoor shower, games, fire pit, and “The Summering Place,” a fun, heated, and cooled hangout space perfect for relaxing, enjoying cocktails, or spending time together after a day in the sun.
