Follow the home's charming nautical-themed mementos into each of the five bedrooms, complete with soft linens, ample natural lighting, private TVs, and effortless bathroom access. Multiple of the home's bathrooms have jetted tubs, ideal for unwinding after a sun-soaked day. When your extended family is with you, the home's additional kitchenette and seating area will come in handy. The little ones of the family will love having a game table to play on, and the adults will appreciate the separate washer/dryer, helping keep chore time at bay. No pets. Things to Know Dare County homes: Occupancy limited to (10 = to 2 people per bedroom) as per Dare County septic regulations. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
