Centrally located on the golf course and soundside with convenient access to the Village Beach Club pool, Nags Head Golf Links and the beach! Please note that while access to seasonal amenities at the Village Beach Club is complimentary, parking at the complex requires a pass ranging between 10.00 and 25.00 USD per day, per vehicle depending on demand and time of year (per Village Beach Club website). To purchase and obtain a parking pass for your stay, or for questions related to Village Beach Club amenities and availability, please contact the Village Beach Club staff at (252) 480-2222. Parking 4-5 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets. Ask about our Military discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
