Tour the area and discover local attractions like Lost Treasure Golf, Outer Banks Kayak Adventures, Jockey's Ridge State Park, and H20 Waterpark, all within a 12-mile radius. Fantastic boutique shopping and dining are scattered throughout the area as well. Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming a movie marathon on the large TV, or serving brunch on the covered deck. Prepare grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with updated appliances and a breakfast bar. Either bedrooms is comfortable and outfitted with luxe linens for a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Outside, you'll enjoy a large backyard with a firepit to tell stories around and stargaze. THINGS TO KNOW An outdoor shower is provided; please rinse off when returning from the beach. To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials. No smoking/vaping. No pets. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
