The spacious living area is ideal for unwinding with board games or watching TV after a day of sun and surf. With multiple bedrooms, including king, queen, twin, and bunk beds, there's plenty of space for everyone to rest comfortably. No smoking/vaping. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
