Hang out on the porch swing in the breezy afternoons, snuggle up on the sectional to watch a movie, enjoy drinks and good company on the deck while children play in the nearby sandbox, and prepare meals together in the well-appointed kitchen. The soundfront is a short distance away and optional community amenities include a sound front pool, clubhouse, crabbing dock, private boat ramp, and sound access. Also along the sound are a picnic area, beach area, basketball courts, and volleyball courts. The lawn offers picnic tables, a grill, a boardwalk for fishing or crabbing, and benches to watch the sunsets. Area attractions include Jockeys Ridge, Roanoke Island Festival Park, NC Aquarium Elizabeth Gardens, First Flight Adventure Park, Jennette's Pier, Wright Brothers Memorial, Beach access, Dowdy Park, Bodie Island Lighthouse, The Lost Colony, Alligator River, and numerous restaurants. No smoking/vaping. THINGS TO KNOW Guests must use their own accounts to access streaming. The clubhouse pool and community boat ramp are available for nominal fees. The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Availability and fees are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA. No smoking/vaping. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
