The main floor of the home is where you will find the Living Room, Dining Area, Kitchen, Laundry Room, one Guest Bedroom, one Full Bathroom, and one Half Bathroom. Once you enter the home through the French Doors, you will see a Guest Bedroom on your right, a Half Bathroom on your left, and the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Area straight ahead. The Guest Bedroom on the main floor has a King bed, a HDTV, a DVD player, a large closet, a private bathroom, and a set of French Doors leading to the Front Porch. The private Bathroom has a one of a kind vanity and a bathtub/shower combination. Beyond the Guest Bedroom and past the stairway you will reach the Living Room and Kitchen. The Living Room as a wall mounted big screen HDTV, surround sound, two couches, two wicker chairs, one plush chair, and two sets of French Doors leading to the main floor’s vast Deck. The Deck stemming off the Living Room has both a covered area and an uncovered area. The covered area has two rocking chairs, an outside dining table, and a gas grill, whereas the uncovered area has two lounging chairs perfectly situated for working on your Florida Tan. The open Kitchen is directly behind the Living Room and comes complete with a plethora of beautiful granite counter space, a large island, a gas stove, stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, bar seating for four guests, and all the pots, pans, dishware, and silverware needed to prepare your favorite feast.
