THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING • A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking. • A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions. • Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older. GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED) • Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM. • Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies. • After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details. • The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.
