Come relax and enjoy your Outer Banks vacation. 13' x 31' private pool, hot tub, jetted tub, WiFi, outside shower, grill. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Village Beach Club access not included. Ask about our Military Discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
