Please note that while access to seasonal amenities at the Village Beach Club is complimentary, parking at the complex requires a pass ranging between 10.00 and 25.00 USD per day, per vehicle depending on demand and time of year (per Village Beach Club website). To purchase and obtain a parking pass for your stay, or for questions related to Village Beach Club amenities and availability, please contact the Village Beach Club staff at (252) 480-2222. No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Parking 5-6 cars. Ask about our Military discount. CANCELATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
