Please note that while access to seasonal amenities at the Village Beach Club is complimentary, parking at the complex requires a pass ranging between 10.00 and 25.00 USD per day, per vehicle depending on demand and time of year (per Village Beach Club website). In case of cancelation, all monies will be refunded less a $150 cancelation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancelations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
