Great family room with large fireplace, wrap-around porch with many seating areas, outdoor 🪵 fire pit, large kitchen with gas stove top; outdoor gas grill available. It's a 3,000 square foot custom home on 2.0 acres on a bluff overlooking a beautiful cypress tree lined clear creek. This creek is spring fed and refreshingly cold! 🏞️ Guest use the creek fed swimming hole to swim. It is refreshingly cold just in front of house. Sit on the wrap-around porch and listen to the waterfall that borders our property. Find your peace, relax and get away from it all with your family and friends. It is secluded from the city for peace and quiet, yet this beautiful home is still close to shopping, vineyards, water sports, golf and great local restaurants. The Spicewood Creek House is all about relaxing, whether it is on the deep wrap around porch or in the hammock, or swimming* in the sparkling water below in the deep creek fed pool, there is something for everyone. (*please note: seasonally the water in the creek can be lower if it is a drier time of year.
