Southern Comfort is situated in the highly desirable SW Cape on a small peninsula off of Cape Coral Parkway with views of one of the 8 Lakes. The home is centrally located with Gulf Access, near to restaurants and shopping near Tarpon Point Marina and the Westin Hotel. If you enjoy tranquility but being in the center of great conveniences, you have come to the right place. This location offers a quick drive to all main locations in Cape Coral. It is about 10 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about 45 minutes to Florida International Airport depending on traffic and time. Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very open vacation home. Southern Comfort features beautiful airy décor, the five bedrooms are fitting for a larger group or multiple families with two king size bedrooms, two queen bedrooms and one bedroom featuring two twin beds. The main king bedroom suite offers an en-suite bathroom. There is a 1/2 bath off of the living room that can be accessed by one of the queen bedrooms. A separate wing with a king and queen bedroom share a hallway bathroom and the twin bedroom can access the pool/game room full bathroom. The Villa can fit up to 10 guests very comfortable in this generous set up. For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted. The interior boasts a very open floor plan with plenty of light and space. The kitchen, living room and large dining table with the pool table area features plenty of options to hang out, entertain and still be in the center of entertainment. Upon entering the home, you have a great view of the pool area and lanai. From the large, fully equipped kitchen that is also is open to the game room and hang out area and has direct patio access.
