This darling one-bedroom apartment is situated at the top of of a 1900s build, historical home. It’s breezy and light boho decor is accompanied by a reading area, a queen sized memory foam bed, and a full kitchen stocked with essentials. This apartment has gorgeous natural light, or you can lounge at the bistro table on the front porch, or the community garden out back. Less than one mile to Salem Health Center, Willamette University, and the Capital Building. There are four private apartments in this building, each with its own entry. No interaction with the other tenants. This is a cozy space- 650 sq feet. Perfect for a single person, or a romantic couple. This apartment has a queen sized memory foam bed, a bathroom with shower (no tub,) a full kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment (no dishwasher) and a full set of dishes, and a dining area with seating for two. Free laundry is available in the building, and the WiFi is above 500 Mbps. Location is prime for traveling nurses, professors, and government officials. 1 mile to downtown Salem. Mail and packages are delivered to this address, but we really advise that you set up a PO Box at the Post Office or the UPS Store instead. We can not be responsible for package theft, which does occur everywhere in the city of Salem. This is a building built in the year 1900, so the staircase is quite steep. You must be able to climb stairs to access this apartment.
