Silver Sands is a beautifully finished beach house with a large private pool. It is located on the east end of Panama City Beach on Surf Drive just down the street from the popular Longboards Restaurant & Bar and Finns Food truck. Moving in with your beach gear is a breeze with ample parking available just outside the front door for up to 4 full size SUVs. The home is located just 90 steps from beach access, and there is no busy street to cross. The property boasts HDTVs with Rokus throughout the home, live channels via YouTube TV, as well as high speed wifi that is perfect for streaming. Important: This home sleeps 10 in beds - Maximum guests allowed is 10. Property is Pet Friendly with pet fee. There is a non refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, up to two pets. Pet owners must clean up after pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool under any circumstances. Some restrictions may apply. All bed linens and interior towels are included. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. Full size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. A play yard, high chair, and baby gate are available for guest use.
