All of the units, both the two-bedroom/two-bath and the 3-bedroom/ 2- bath, sport large balconies and ocean views. Seaward has a seasonally heated pool and kiddie pool, both of which overlook the beach. The sunning deck is spotted with many chairs and lounge chairs and provides the perfect spot to relax by the water with your favorite book. Most Seaward units have washers and dryers located inside the unit. There are also laundry facilities on site. The complex is also equipped with two elevators.
