In the second guest room you will find plenty of space with 2 queen bunks, closet and storage dresser here as well. The guest bathroom includes a vanity sink with tub/shower combo. Our favorite part of this home is the outdoor space. Outdoors you will find a stunning waterfall pool, sun loungers, firepit seating, an outdoor tv, and the most fun tiki bar around! After taking the direct path to the beach and dazzling Gulf. Be sure to wash off under the outdoor shower just inside the gate. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all new appliances, granite countertops, with laundry access. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. In the laundry room you will also find plenty of storage for vacation items. Driveway parking is enough for 2 vehicles. COMMUNITY POOL: The Seaspray HOA Board would like to remind everyone that our community pool is closed for the season from December 1 to March 1 2026.
