The scheduled work includes: Chiseling and grinding of the concrete on the Gulf-facing side of the building Painting and caulking on the east (rear) wall of the complex Pressure washing of the concrete surfaces, which will occur prior to other construction activities Work will take place on weekdays only; no construction will be conducted on weekends.
