The boat dock will accommodate a boat up to 26ft. ~ PET POLICY INFORMATION There is a $150 taxable pet fee per dog. All pets require approval after booking. Be sure to indicate you have a pet, where you enter the number of guests If approved, the fee will be added, and we'll confirm the new total with you before charging your card. Finally, a quick reminder of our pet rules: Pets are not allowed on the furniture. The yard must be kept clean of waste. Excessive hair must be cleaned up prior to departure. No credit, discount and/or rate adjustment can be granted for items mentioned above or circumstances beyond our control. There will be days when the weather conditions will not allow pool heaters to accommodate swimming and temperature recovery times will vary.  City Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are to be observed between the hours of 10 pm to 8 am daily.  This includes noise at the pool area.
