AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, well equipped kitchen with tile countertops and stainless appliances, hardwood floors throughout main living areas, carpet in upstairs bedrooms, covered porches, sun deck, private pool (heated for a fee), exterior hot/cold enclosed shower, fish cleaning area, park style charcoal grill, under house concrete parking. DOG FRIENDLY (2 DOGS ONLY, UNDER 35 LBS EACH) $75 Non-refundable Pet Fee is required per dog.
