Shops, restaurants, and playgrounds are just a short walk away, while the community also has a saltwater pool available for rental guests. To the rear of the property is a private patio with table, chairs and a grill. This home comes with two off-street parking spots (located under the unit by the front door), and the owner also provides one on-street parking permit. This permit can be used at any non-metered parking spot in the city of Rehoboth Beach. Please note that if you park at a metered parking spot, even with this on-street permit, you will be required to pay for parking. This unit is non-smoking. The owner will allow one dog with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be a small dog not weighing over 25lbs. NOTE: This property has a spiral staircase that leads to the 2nd floor bedrooms. A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $162.50.
