There is no room for trailers or RV's/Campers. •There are steps up to the property •You are not allowed to park on CR 227 at anytime. •For guest safety, the property has exterior-only security cameras monitoring the driveway and entryways. •There are no cameras in any private or interior spaces •This home does not have air conditioning •During winter months this Mountain Home is better accessed with a 4 wheel drive vehicle. •This home is located near Highway 50. There may be highway noise at times. All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry detergent. Please bring your own toiletries.
