River Place Retreat, Unit 1, is a two bedroom, one bath open-floor plan allowing for cooking, conversation & entertaining from the kitchen. Enjoy dinner at our diner style bar which offers seating for four. Retire to the living room, that is furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, coffee table, flat screen TV, and a sprout of amber lights for a more romantic ambience. The main bedroom comes fitted with a comfortable queen bed, dresser, two side tables with accompanying reading lights. The smaller, “bunk room,” provides full size twin bunk beds – perfect for the kids, but comfortably suited to adults as well. This condo offers: ~2 Bedrooms *One Queen *Set of Twin Bunk Beds ~Well Appointed Kitchen ~Streaming TV ~Queen Sleeper Sofa for Optional Sleeping All Pinon homes are vacation ready with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book Check-In and Check-Out instructions. ~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. Guest will be required to sign the Rental Agreement in order to receive check-in instructions. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest. **This home is rented for personal vacation use only.
