Located on Florida's best shelling beaches and only 200 yards to the water, this third floor unit offers a wonderful view of lush gardens and nice PEEK-A-BOO VIEWS of the Gulf. The MASTER SUITE has a king-sized bed, huge walk-in closet, in-room safe, a large flat-screen TV with DirecTV and DVD player, and its own private screened lanai is perfect for enjoying a nice morning cup of coffee. The master bath includes a glass enclosed tub/shower combo with grab bars, double sinks, ample counter space and storage, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. The GUEST BEDROOM, also with a large flat-screen TV with DirecTV and DVD player, features twin beds that can be made into a king upon request. The guest bath has a glass enclosed tub/shower combo with grab bars and hair dryer. We think you will appreciate the fully appointed KITCHEN that has everything you need to make a fortifying meal or a simple picnic lunch for the beach or pool. The smooth top stove, granite counter tops, filtered drinking water, and an ice maker in the freezer do make life ... and vacation... just a bit nicer. And we did not forget the blender either!
