This house is only 200 steps from the Indian Pass beach, with a dedicated walkway and boardwalk located directly across the cul-de-sac from the front door. Indian Pass beach is very secluded. Both Rehoboth Cottage and Indian Pass Beach are dog-friendly. There is also a “community pool”; however, with only three houses in the subdivision, the pool is very private. The pool area has a locked gate and includes two bath houses.
