This remodeled, quaint, Mid-Century home is located approximately 5 miles (10 minutes) from the Ventura Harbor, Ventura State Beach & The Ventura Pier. Ventura STVR: # 2504 THE SPACE ***Please read this entire Listing thoroughly before booking!*** This 1000 sq. ft. home includes: - 3 Bedrooms: 1 King size bed, 1 Full size bed and 2 Twin beds. All beds have Memory Foam mattresses. Each Bedroom is equipped with built-in light, ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms are also equipped with flat screen, smart TV's. There is also a queen sofa sleeper. - A stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, cups, microwave oven, a Keurig coffee maker, a fire extinguisher, microwave, stove & oven and a new refrigerator with water dispenser & ice maker and more. - A cozy living room with a Mid-Century vibe which includes: a massage chair, comfortable sectional sofa, 1 side chair and a 65” Flat Screen Roku Smart TV with Wifi access. (Please note: “cable” for live TV is built into the smart TV. It just works differently from the standard cable platform by accessing it using the Input button on the TV remote control.) - A Dining room with a dining table and 6 chairs. - 1 Full bathroom with a tub, shower, 1 sink and toilet.
