Hand and dish soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry detergent. Please bring your own toiletries. Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's on unapproved roads, pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
