They are installing brand new elevators, so there may be periods of delays in using the working elevators. We appreciate your patience while they are making these improvements! ** **The Pelican Beach HOA is replacing the coat/seal on the upper floor and ramp of the parking garage, as well as both tennis courts. This project is expected to begin in December and last 3 months. During this time the upper parking garage, tennis / pickleball courts, and EV chargers will not be accessible.
