The beach area changes each season as the water levels rise and fall and this season it is fairly rocky so bring your water shoes. There is a nice dock with a sitting area at the end and a ladder for easy access for swimming! Water views are abundant from almost every room and from the water side decks you can find the most expansive, majestic view of West Bay. Located only 5 minutes to downtown Traverse City and 12 minutes from Suttons Bay this home makes it easy to pop into town for lunch, shopping, dinner and nightlife. The main floor of the home features hardwood floors and windows throughout the spacious living and dining room. Also located on the main floor is a tiled entry and large kitchen. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, more hardwood flooring, a large island with seating for 6 and access to the to main level deck. Upstairs you will find a comfortable master suite with a king bed overlooking the water. Just off the master bedroom is an additional deck with seating for 2. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and dresser. The lower walk out level contains a large newly carpeted space for sleeping, small TV viewing area perfect for the kids and a full bath with double sinks. There are water views from this spacious room as well as from the bathroom. Double sliders open up onto the lower level deck with plenty of room to relax. Sleeping arrangements in this area include a queen bed, bunk bed with a full sized b
