There is a primary bedroom on this level. The decks overlook the pool area and ocean. A half bath completes this level. Amenities: Guests can enjoy a private unheated Pool, hot tub, WiFi, unlimited domestic long distance calls, seven TVs, two DVDs, video library, board games, books, two refrigerators, two dishwashers, ceiling fans in all Bedrooms, high chair, and a basketball hoop. guests can enjoy 90 yards of beach access. No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
