The Grouse Mountain Residence has abundant natural light and, sitting on the fifth floor, has a bird’s eye view of the outdoor fire pit in the One Steamboat Place plaza below. The open floor plan connects the living and dining areas to the kitchen with plenty of room for the entire group to gather. Rest and relaxation is the name of the game with the comfortable furnishings in the great room while enjoying the fireplace and flat screen TV. The kitchen is professionally equipped with Viking appliances, custom cabinetry and center island with seating for three. From the deck, you can grill on your gas BBQ and enjoy some people watching below or skiers in the distance. This residence is designed for entertaining, with enough seating at a custom dining table for the whole family. The primary bedroom is a true retreat sitting alone on one side of the residence. Along with a gas fireplace and king bed, the attached bath features a steam shower and soaking tub. On the other end of the residence you will find a king suite, a queen suite, and a fourth room with a queen and full bunks. All bedrooms have private bathrooms. The home office boasts high speed Wi-Fi allowing Internet service for all guests. A washer/dryer is available for guest use. Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.
