The Hahn's Peak residence, which spans a bridge at the entrance to One Steamboat Place, offers a grandstand view of the ski mountain. Located in the heart of Steamboat Square, close to the gondola and slopeside convenience. The large open floor plan combines the kitchen, dining and living areas to create a free-flowing space. The professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances, plus outdoor grill on the deck, will delight aspiring chefs in your group. This residence is designed for entertaining with a dining table that will seat 10. Larger groups can seat another three guests at the kitchen island. Additional chairs are available for additional dinner guests. Hahn's Peak offers four bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom; and the flexible bedding options will comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests, with a queen sleeper sofa in the great room that adds sleeping room for two more. The primary bedroom features a high end mattress and gas fireplace. Relax in the steam shower or Jacuzzi tub in the attached bath. Another beautiful guest room also has a king bed, a third bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin bunk over it, and the fourth offers two twin bunk beds and a queen bed. A large flat screen TV in the great room provides entertainment after a full day of activity. The residence has WiFi and a small office nook, perfect for remote work or checking emails. Please note: One Steamboat Place requires the names and ages of all guests staying in the residence. This information needs to be provided prior to arrival.
