You and your guests also have access to a shared, seasonal pool (Memorial Day through Labor Day) for when you want to cool off close to home. And when you want to get out and explore, this condo is just a short walk from the beach, a popular beach bar for happy hour, shops, restaurants, and numerous activities. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO Village Realty in writing. In case of cancellation, all monies will be refunded less a 150 cancellation fee if you cancel 31 or more days prior to arrival. If you cancel 15-30 days prior to arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 14 days of arrival will not be subject to a refund.
