Welcome to Binzhaven! A beautiful home located on the edge of Lake Winnipesaukee. This home can sleep eight comfortably, offering four bedrooms and five bathrooms. Walk into a long beautiful entry way that leads you to a landing that overlooks the main living level. On this landing there is a small corner couch and two person table to enjoy some time reading, and a ½ bathroom called the flip flop bathroom. Head up a few steps to find the Bear bathroom which is a full bathroom as well as three bedrooms. The Pink, Yellow and Blue Bedroom all offering two twin beds. Head Downstairs to the Main Living Level which is an open floor plan offering a large kitchen, living room and dining space. There is a ¾ bathroom called the Canoe Bathroom located just beside the dining space. There are three glass doors opening onto the deck with outdoor seating and amazing Lake Views. From the main level you may head down to the lower level. There you will find a hang out space with seating, a tv, and ping pong. There is a hallway with a Laundry room, half bathroom called the Tibet Bathroom, a Full Bathroom called the Bear Bathroom and lastly the Primary bedroom where there is a King Size Bed. Enjoy the yard outside, Grill some of your favorite meals and dock your boat just a few steps away. Access the lake by using the stairs and dock on those hot summer days.
