The building has an indoor pool and hot tub! The primary bedroom features a king bed and oceanfront balcony access, while the second bedroom offers two full beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room allows the condo to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TVs in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, and elevator access. Two assigned parking spaces make your stay stress-free. Included With Your Stay: Bed linens for all sleeping arrangements Towels for each registered guest (bath, hand, and washcloth) Starter supplies: coffee, oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper Please Note: Guests must dispose of trash in the trash chute before checkout Please load and run the dishwasher before departure Missing linens or towels will result in a replacement charge No smoking or parties Primary renter must be 25+ Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at least 7 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If you cancel with 7 days of check in, no refund will be sent.
