If parking pass registration is not completed prior to arrival, you will NOT be allowed into resort. Guests will purchase their parking pass through the vehicle registration process shared via email from your Host company. During Peak Season, Majestic Beach Resort allows guests to purchase ONE parking pass for 1- and 2-bedroom units. TWO parking passes may be purchased for 3-bedroom units. Public parking is available nearby for additional vehicles. In the off season, guests may purchase 2 parking passes for 1- and 2-bedroom units. **This property doesn't allow groups of adults age 25 or under, no exceptions. ** *Guests do not have access to the fitness center at Majestic Beach Towers. * *We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis.
